Retroarch error for sp1

I've added a rom for ps1, using retroarch for the emu, tried running the rom from rocketlauncher ui and got this error. anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

Make sure you review the core in retroarch to make sure it has the bios files it needs. Good luck.
