Mame-Hyperspin flashes on load?

Hello

I have been doing my final tweaking on my setup and found another weird issue.  On Mame when I click a game to start, the screen goes black, then flashes back to hyper spin before loading the game.... not sure how to fix this.. I am guessing its a fade issue? I tried turning fade on and it goes to loading then flashed to HS then loads the game..? Any suggestions?
