How do I combine all the Mame.xml files (games, players, buttons, etc)

I need a MAME.xml file that contains information on buttons, players, controller type, etc.  I can't seem to find one or make one.  I want to use this xml to use Dons Hyperfilter and remove all games that my arcade doesn't support.

edit: Nevermind I see what I was doing wrong.  I needed that XML file from the mame website.
