arcade control set up for different games. HELP Pls!

Hi guys

 

I am using xpadder and editing the keyboard keys to work with various games, Mame, dreamcast, PC games etc

 

This works well when given the option to customize the keys in the PC game itself, however there are some games that I need to create a whole new profilem however when I launch the game exe I cant find a way to auto load a new profile for that specific game

 

Is there a gamepad tool like joytokey/xpadder where I can create different profiles for different games and when booting the exe of the pc game via hyperspin- it switches to the profile created?

I know Xpadder has an AutoProfile option where you set a watch for application so you can link a profile to an exe.

I think these can be seen also in Rocketlauncher ddirectly when setup where you can extend it further to change on specific games within the same Application like emulators etc.
