The Title message suggests that I need to obtain some files and put them somewhere. Could someone advise me on what files I need and what the appropriate path to them would be? I already have a number of Themes, but I don't think this message is meant for them.

I seem to have the *.mp4 files in my ..mame/video folder, but they only provide sound -- no graphics. The result is that all the themes have a window frame, but nothing inside but the theme background. Now, I don't know if the mp4s contain video content or if my system doesn't have the right codecs. (It's a new DELL Inspiron with 64 bit Windows 10 )
