Snaus Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 Im at a roadblock. I can run epsxe outside of hyperspin no prob. Ive got my roms recognized in rocketlauncher with the green light.... but when i hit the launch I get black screen with "analog" up in the corner. Ive tried waiting but not working. Any Help out there? Thanks, Snaus
oldhag270 Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 Just had this problem as well, you wouldn't happen to be on windows 10 would you.
oldhag270 Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 But do you have audio,if so try this it helped me with a black screen.Go to options then CPU overclocking and make sure 1x is checked.Like I said worked for me might work for you.
Snaus Posted February 21, 2018 Author Posted February 21, 2018 Thanks... But it was already checked. Hmmmmmm.
oldhag270 Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 Another solution would be try to remove it from regedit.
Snaus Posted February 21, 2018 Author Posted February 21, 2018 Did that but no go in rocketlauncher. I looked in Rocketlauncher/modules and it supports ePSXe Emulator version v2.0.5.... whereas the one im trying to use is ePSXe205.zip. I wonder if the periods make a difference in this case? I doubt it as rocketlauncher still auditted fine. It sees all the games. ?? Snaus
Snaus Posted February 21, 2018 Author Posted February 21, 2018 No errors... so I went ahead and erased everything and tried again. Not having much luck. I cant even run espxe outside of hyperspin now.. For some reason when I run an iso it puts me into the bios folder and I have to look click through everywhere to find the roms. I'm computer challenged a bit. I'm gonna try retroarch I think. Thanks though. Snaus
Snaus Posted February 21, 2018 Author Posted February 21, 2018 Well, I tried one last time and managed to get ePSXe working on its own outside of hyperspin... But in Rocketlauncher still just get a black screen with the word analog up in the right corner. No errors seen and my games are all highlighted green. strange.
oldhag270 Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 Put rocket launcher logging level to trouble shooter then launch your game you should get a log in your rocket launcher UI folder.Have a look through that log might help.
Snaus Posted February 21, 2018 Author Posted February 21, 2018 ok, how do i do that exactly. I found logging area in rocketLauncher but dont see troubleshooter
oldhag270 Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 Global General Settings Logging Level change to troubleshooting. After you launch your game through rocket launcher look in your Rocket LauncherUI folder look for RocketLauncherUI.log.Should give you an idea of whats going on,if you don't understand it post the log here and I will see if I can make any sense of it.
oldhag270 Posted February 21, 2018 Posted February 21, 2018 After rereading your first post,do you by chance have your games zipped up.
