Video in System intro not playing for some

Hey guys im runnign into a strange problem i cant figure out. I got alot of things working and setup with hyperspin, there is 1 thing thats strange. So when you highlight a system it shows you the animation, plus a lil video of some game highlights before you actually click into the system to see the games. Well that video for some systems is not working, IT works for some system's and not for others. Ones that dont show a grey or blue static/video. I looked through the settings cannot find any setting that referes to the video when you scroll through all your systems that plays. Again this is not the video that plays when you highlight games, those all work, Just the Video when scrolling through the system has issues.

c:\hyperspin\media\main menu\video\<system name>.mp4 You can check that folder to make sure the videos are in there and the names match the name of the system.

thanks for the reply, Nintendo 64.flv is in there, and my emulator folder and menu name is exactly the same. Other thing is i put my hyperspin on external D drive, not C, if that matters

That might be it. I highly recommend testing off c: hyperspin is not large even with the media.
