As title, what are the optimal fade in/out timings for the three different delays available to give the nicest effect?

Obviously, it's personal, but just as a rough guide?

It depends of your computer speed, the emulator loading time and the minimal amount of time you want to have the fade screen showing.

There is no perfect answer to that question.
