My wheel won't spin with a button press

I have all my buttons working on my cab via my Ipac2 and in HyperHQ however, while my favourites an genre buttons work as expected, pressing the button I have assigned to Hyperspin the wheel does nothing?

Any ideas folks??

Holding down the hyperspin button makes the Wheel go faster when scrolling. It does nothing on it's own.
