animations Pixellate and Vertical sync

Hello, 

I have  vertcial sync problems and pixellisation on the animations (themes and video transitions).

I'v tried in HyperHQ to uncheck the fullscreen mode and the problem disappears for both only if I'm less than my screen resolution 1920x1080.

If check Fullscreen or let the windowed mode at 1920x1080, I have both problems.

I'v tried to change vertical sync in Nvidia Control Panel to adaptive, On and Off but the problem remains.

Has anyone had the same an resolved it?
