Console bezels not full screen

So I am having trouble with my bezels for the majority of my consoles. They are not taking up the full screen. The width seems fine yet the height is short. My MAME bezels do however. Not what I am missing? Any ideas?

I am not, all my bezels are through RocketLauncher. And this is simply a 32" HD LED tv in my arcade cabinet. I actually figured it out, I had changed the scaling in the Nvidia control panel. I adjusted it and it is perfect! Thank you for your input.
