Scrolling by Letter

Hello,

I was going through my systems today trying to tackle some of the small stuff I have been neglecting. I noticed that several of my systems do not allow for fast scrolling by letter. The letters don't even come up. I looked at the XML and the tags are in the right places and the letter images are named correctly because I copy and pasted them from other working systems. Any idea why this is happening? Seems to maybe only be the smaller system <40 games or so. Is this just how HS works?
