hello , i have problem with 2 button is totaly  inactive , impossible to change parameter for active button in all emulateur , i change letter , symbol ... i don't understand the situation , i upload picture for maximum information

I use JOytoKey , Rocket Launcher , HyperLaunch, Hyperspin , 
2 week non stop that I am on to fix this problem but impossible I changed all the possible parameters I get nothing , I think that the basis of the problem is that I recorded configs thinking that my keyboard was azerty, but this one went from one keyboard qwerty to the other without me paying attention it's .
Do you think you can fix it?
