alguien que pueda ayudarme pues no encuentro solucion

sucede que en el apartado de mame al entrar me carga el tema y el video de muestra del juego, pero al cambiar de juego se detiene el tema y no aparece video de muestra, puedo cambiar de juego en la lista pero tema y video de muestra no vuelven a funcionar, solo al salir y volver a entrar me muestra el video y funciona el tema, pero al cambiar de juego vuelve a detenerse
