iPac Issue

Hoping someone can help me

I was checking my iPac config, and went to update the firmware, and got this message (see attached)

Now my ipac is in operable!

it's visible in devices, and the path is set in rocket launcher

I've tried everything I can think of

Any help is greatly appreciated

I know this post is old, but I just saw it... did you get things fixed? There's a way to reset the iPac by shorting two pins.
