Advice for Upcoming Project -- Driving Arcade Cab

Greetings,

I picked up this Need for Speed Underground cab early this year, and was thinking about converting it to a hyperspin driving cab.

It seems to have alot of good things going for it:

• 27" High Res Monitor
  
• Immersion Force Feedback Wheel
  
• 6 Speed Shifter
  
• 5.1 Surround Sound
  
• 
  

Unfortunately, this unit's cabling is very proprietary and I just can't see any way around stripping alot of the wiring and going to an I-PAC or similar board configuration for use with PC / Hyperspin.

This unit currently uses a nytric I/O Usb board which looks proprietary.

Any advice on the best approach to starting this project would definitely be appreciated.
