HyperHQ - Muddled page

Does anyone have a fix for this muddle, i added the dll as it would not work without it but this is what i am left with

I had this happen once, but I can't quite recall what I did to fix it. I feel like it had something to do with Settings.ini? That probably isn't terribly helpful, but I thought I should mention it.

Yes the file Settings.ini is empty.
