KRULL AND RESCUE WONT PLAY ON MAME NEED HELP

i was wandering if anyone can help me, i was trying to play these 2 games on hyperspin 

wont play,. i can get as far picking 1 player, thats it, in krull get to main screen to play. rocks come 

down, character wont move. and im using xbox one controller, i have no promblem playing other games with 

controller,  rescue, the helicopter wont move just shoots missles down. anyway to fix this on hyperspin.

Assuming you're playing arcade games with MAME, you'll need to remap the controls on those games (and any other dual-stick games as well, probably). When in the game, hit Tab on a keyboard and go to Input Setting > Input Assignments (this system) and using the Enter key and your X1 controller, set each control entry according to how you want it. For example, in Krull, for "P1 Left Stick/Up", you would hit Enter and then press up on the left thumbstick on your X1 controller.
