Hyperspin on atari vcs

Newbie here. Can anyone answer if I can plug the 12tb Hyperspin drive into an Atari VCS which has Windows OS?

Not quite sure what you're asking, but no "Hyperspin drive" is sold by the team here. Any support questions would best be directed to the seller you got it from.
