Kega Fusion fix controller 2 and Game genie /PAR codes

Hello, 

 

I use Kega Fusion but encounter 2 problems:

- For the controllers, if I play alone, the emulator looses the config of the second controller.

Is it a way to avoid Fusion to loose it (in Nestopia, I put "read only" on the config file but on Fusion, it doesn't seem to work

- For the Game Genie / Pro Action Replay codes, they are saved but no load automatically for the game.

Is it a way to launch those codes starting the game?
