Did the xml files move to another system?

Did the xml files move to another system?  It's been a very long time since I've been here and I'm trying to add another console to my setup.  I don't remember if it was moved to the RLauncher or maybe even somewhere else.  I'm looking for the Wii xml for use with Dolphin emulator.
