Super mario issues

i have an issue where the games Mario 1,2 and 3 will load then become un responsive except for the insert coin button which turns the screen black and i have to press escape on the keyboard

 

this is on a bitcade machine

Have you tried contacting Bitcade directly?  I believe they have a live support chat on their website.

Yes i await there reply i have had a few issues with quite a number of games some they have replied other strangely quite
