Video Sub-Folders?

Is there anyway to get hyperspin to search for videos in sub-folders?

The MAME FLV movies from EmuMovies come in sub-folders by letters, if I have to move them all in the same folder, it makes it much harder to keep track of EmuMovie updates.

Any Ideas?

It won't search subfolders. You have to make a big video mess.

I haven't tried yet but I think BeyondCompare will compare a folder with an FTP folder but it's also software you have to pay for.
