I got an arcade cabinet awhile back that has an XP PC in it running hyperspin. I am wanting to migrate the games to a fresh install on an older alienware desktop running win10. I am new to arcade, although I do have some experience with retropie. I'm pretty sure I found the roms in hyperspin (C:\hyperspin\Emulators). I also found some roms in C:\Maximus Arcade\Emulators. Is there anywhere else I should look for roms? Also, it currently uses a Ultimarc ipac four for the joysticks and buttons. Is the mapping for that programmed in the board or is it setup in the software somewhere? If it's in the software, where is the mapping located so I can move it as well without having to remap all the controls? I appreciate the assistance.

The roms could be almost literally anywhere on the hard drive, as there's no restriction on their location in most frontends and emulators. One way to check would be to use Windows Explorer's Search function and search on "roms" and then "isos" (if you have any disc-based systems on your PC). That should reveal any other locations on the hard drive where they might be. Good luck with your new install!

Great project you’ve got going there! Migrating from a Windows XP Hyperspin setup to a Windows 10 machine is totally doable — and your experience with RetroPie will help a lot. Copy over entire Hyperspin and Emulator folders to your new PC. Keep original folder paths or update them in the emulator config files and RocketLauncher. If using RocketLauncher, make sure to install it cleanly on the Win10 system and import your configs. Test iPAC input on the new machine. You can open Notepad and press buttons—if you see letters/arrow keys/etc., it's working.
