Looking for a good Wall mount bracket That also rotates TV for Vertical and horizontal games

Hello,

Looking for a good wall mount bracket that also rotates TV (between Landscape & Portrait) or for vertical and horizontal games.

My TV is the Samsung S90 OLED 55".

I found this one by Samsung? but it has auto rotate with remote...just looking for manually turning TV, and the ratings for the one below weren't that good:
