sharp x68000 coin question

If the sharp x68000 is a home computer, why do some of the games mention "insert coin" ... like a game/rom on MAME?

Many 90's arcade games were developped on the X68000 (like all CPS1 games) so there must be some games that are direct arcade ports. This could explan the "insert coin"

the X68000 was an amazing dev machine at those times !
