homer41 Posted September 4, 2014 Posted September 4, 2014 I'm back to work finishing up my cabinet after some time away from my project and would like to know the easiest way to map all the buttons universally to all emulators. I am using an ipac and the mame default key code set up. If anyone knows of a tutorial or where I could find the info would be much appreciated. Thanks!!!

Hi, there is a thread here and one on HyperLaunch.net that might shed some light. The first thread is to come up with a key mapping that will not interfere with the emulators. So you can re-program your IPac with these settings and there shouldn't be any conflicts. http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/showthread.php?33038-Button-Mapping The Keymapper Project is to create keymap files for HyperLaunch for each emulator. It started here: http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/showthread.php?30662-Project-Key-Mapping but was moved to HyperLaunch.net here: http://www.hyperlaunch.net/forum/showthread.php?173-Project-Key-Mapping It's a pretty tough thing to go through each emulator one by one and my hat goes off to those working on this. Thanks, Ron Code Monkey and all around Command Line geek!If you like what someone has said or done for you, be sure and 'Thank' them. And if they changed your life, send them a Beer!
homer41 Posted September 4, 2014 Author Posted September 4, 2014 Thanks Ron!! I'll see if I can get them all going on one set up. And yes, kudos to those donating their time on this project!!
