BladeZX Posted August 22, 2011 Posted August 22, 2011 I have WinAPE running fine but I am confused on how to setup the keyboard controls. When I look at the input screen it says numlock on and numlock off and three dropdowns for each. I want to map the up, downm left and right arrows for movement and the following keys to the buttons: button1 is = button2 is H button3 is 9 Can someone please shed some light on this for me? warpsycho Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 I know this post is old, but does anyone know how to setup the Winape controls? I keep using the arrows for both numlock on and off the same for both, i set my fire 1 and fire 2 buttons same for both. Each time i launch Winape it seems to forget my controls. Any input on this?
warpsycho Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Well figured it out, i hadn't used the Keymapper feature yet in HyperlaunchHQ till just now and it kept failing on me. I figured out you need to push "NEW" key first, then "Old" key. I dont know if this is a mistype or just that WinAPE is funny like that but here is what i did if anyone else needs it down the road. Left::NumpadLeft Down::NumpadDown Right::NumpadRight Up::NumpadUp z::NumpadClear x::NumpadDel
