My hyperspin not working

Ok been messing to much today and gone in way over my head my hyperspin exe when pressed goes to bottom bar near start menu and wont move nothing happens when click on it have to manually shut down hyper hq looks like its corrupt with overlay of what looks like xpadder

is this a fresh install or can some one save me so much work

Maybe it's already running in the background? Ctr-alt-del to bring up taks manager and manually shut down the process.
