Ideas for a high score board?

I'm looking to build/create a high score board. So far i've been unable to find any led screens that text can be written on the PC and displayed on the board.

Any ideas?

Or, if you have some other examples maybe using felt with letters or maybe a pic of your home high score board.

Trying to avoid my own handwriting!
