Is FTP access worth it for what I need?

Hi

I'm setting up hyperlaunch to work with an xbmc front end using advanced launcher.

I can use the built in scrapers to pull art and thumbs etc but it's looking like a long process.

Is it worth me paying for gold or plat access to the ftp? If plat, will hyper sync work for what I need? I don't need anything to do with hyperspin, but will it still look at my hyperlaunch and pull everything I need for all my roms?

I need to it for most of the old Nintendo and Sega machines plus mame, mostly.

Welcome to the forums.

You want HyperLaunch to launch your games & HyperSync to get your artwork, right? You want a platinum membership to use HyperSync. With that platinum membership you also get the ftp. Is it worth it? The only answer is yes. It is the fastest process to obtaining the best artwork available. The ftp is you next option for what the sync doesn't pull.

You want HyperLaunch because you're a genius at finding launchers. HyperLaunch has it's own website and there's also a webpage for setting up HyperLaunch.
