NES - Nestopia error opening rom? Anyone know why?

Recently made an XML file which for seems to work well. Issue I'm having is that upon opening some of the roms I get an error once the video is starting to open up.

any way to correct this issue? See below log. It seems to not want to open but real errors

Wait... it tried to load elevator action which has a different game inside of it?

Hope your entire rom set isn't like that. You might be best off grabbing a new set instead of fixing the entire thing.
