wrmiller161981 Posted January 29, 2015 Posted January 29, 2015 All my media settings work except my Panisonic 3DO Wheel folder. All the files are named correctly and in the proper spot but it will not put up the images. No other system is working incorrectly and it even has my video snaps for the system. I was working on it late one night and i'm worried I made a mistake somewhere but can't figure it out. Can someone point me in the rite direction as to which file commands where to look for the media files for the wheel.
stillcore Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 Are all of the files matching perfectly to your XML?
wrmiller161981 Posted February 3, 2015 Author Posted February 3, 2015 Sorry been busy and haven't been able to find the time to work on it lately. All the files match with the XML and the games will play it just is not pulling the images for the wheel.
Fromlostdays Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 Almost certainly your wheel images are named wrong or are in the wrong folder. Walter:beerglass:
wrmiller161981 Posted February 4, 2015 Author Posted February 4, 2015 They are in the correct folder and are named correctly that was the first thing I checked. Thats why i'm stumped. Is there a place I can look where maybe the code could have been changed for where it looks for the media files just for the wheel images.
Fromlostdays Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 No, Hyperspin automatically looks in the same directory every time. When you say they are named correctly, have you checked your panasonic XML in the databases folder? That's what they have to be named after. Walter:beerglass:
wrmiller161981 Posted February 4, 2015 Author Posted February 4, 2015 Yeah i've checked it. It use to work and all my images are named the same as my videos snaps which still work. I've even checked all the folder names leading to the wheel folder to make sure i didn't mess up the path to the files.
Fromlostdays Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 Hmmm... what format are your images in? Right click an image, select properties, and make sure they are png, not jpg. Also while you are at it... what resolution are they? Where did you get them? Walter:beerglass:
wrmiller161981 Posted February 4, 2015 Author Posted February 4, 2015 That is the problem somehow I must have accidently converted them to jpg. Thanks so much for helping me out I didn't even think to check that because they worked before. Lesson learned when you start getting tired call it a night. lol
