annomatik Posted March 12, 2015 Posted March 12, 2015 Hi guys, I've played around with ParaJVE (GCE Vectrex emulator) today. It works nicely, I was also able to add it to Hyperspin. It launches nicely as well. Just one strangeness is going on for me. I have two Namco Arcade Sticks hooked up via a Playstation-to-USB adapter on my PC. Usually, I have no problem using just one Arcade Stick on port one of the adapter (it comes with two ports) and plugging in the second one when needed. For ParaJVE, apparently, both Arcade sticks have the same internal "ID", which results in only the second one working in the second port. So for playing ParaJVE, I have to plug in the second stick to the second port and play with that for player one. Any idea how to make it recognize and use the first stick? Thanks!
iNTiGOD Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 You might have to change the internal ID to be able to differentiate the arcade sticks in paraJVE. Check out the hyperlaunch google site https://sites.google.com/site/hyperlaunch2/home/features/keymapper#TOC-Tips-Tricks Right at the bottom of the page "1. My controllers have the same default controller name can I can change this? " MAME High Score Tutorial For HyperSpin
vminfk Posted March 13, 2015 Posted March 13, 2015 This method can be used to execute an external ROM game (downloaded from the Internet, for example). In the box game selection dialog, click the "Choose another ROM" and locate the file containing the binary ROM to be executed. When finished, click the "Run Game", and will be launched with ParaJVE the specified binary.coque protection galaxy e5 etui samsung galaxy e5

Thanks, this sounds just like what I need. Will try that! *edit* Didn't work :-( Even though the "Twin USB Joystick" shows up twice in paraJVE, it shows up just once in the registry... It's a "dual" USB adapter, working nicely with all the others emulators and games I'm using, looking like this:
