Dons Tools, or if you have the new Hyperlaunch, you can do it directly through hyperlaunchHQ.

Go to the emulators tab for PS2, point HyperlaunchHQ to your roms folder, pick your emulator, and then find the button (above and to the left of your roms path) that says "Generate database".

How do you download the newest hyperlaunch? I FOund the website but cant find the DL links.
