Street Fighter 2 Turbo (Hyper) - Won't start. CE works fine. Thoughts?

It's on my wheel - art/theme looks good and then I press enter and the screen flashes then nothing. Flash is brief. I have the rom (sf2t) and the theme is name the same. I tried renaming theme to sf2hf but didn't work. CE works fine. Any suggestions?

the mame xml file right? I checked and it has multiple entries for sf2 turbo (sf2t, sf2hf) and they all say clone of sfce. Do I need to make changes there? The theme for it in my files is sf2t.

figured it out - my options were not right on hyperspin. I had wheel only checked and clones user parent checked. works.
