crashdogy Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 have it all setup and know the roms are in windows launcher how do I point hyperlaunch to them ?
crashdogy Posted April 5, 2015 Author Posted April 5, 2015 ok got it my own, just setup DICE in hyperlaunch when you download DICE 0.9 get the DICE.source.zip to. It has games just move them to the roms folder in DICE and go in to hyperlaunch under global Emulators and add Extion .cpp now the games show up and work.
wesfranks Posted April 5, 2015 Posted April 5, 2015 I believe what most people have been doing is to use the old text file trick to get Hyperlaunch to pass the roms audit. A few of the original roms are imbedded in the emulator and do not need separate roms. The rest could be downloaded from third party sites. Brilliant that you just accessed them directly through the compressed source code file. So the .cpp extension works? I'm going to have to check into that. I'm at .9 also but I may be missing a couple. It's such a massive system to deal with I don't get to it that often (joke). BTW, maybe check the spelling for HiWay in the xml. In the version.txt file it's spelled "hiway", while it's "highway.cpp" in the rom spelling. Might be a discrepancy in there somewhere. (I hate red in my audits)
crashdogy Posted April 5, 2015 Author Posted April 5, 2015 It do's working games pong pong doubles rebound breakout space race Tv-basketball quad pong gotcha crossfire ping pong Hiway works just rename the .cpp file to match DICE.mxl file Indy wipout stunt circle ant aircraft attack cash n score jetfighter jaws clean sweep sleeplechaes going to upload the files to FTP under Crashdogy read above postes then just put them in your roms folder under DICE and have fun
