Cliff Hanger Restored Edition with Correct Aspect Ratio

I came across this video on youtube of a Cliff Hanger Restored Edition with the correct 4x3 aspect ratio:

I have only seen a letterboxed version of the restored edition before, and it's incomplete at that.
