Creating a subwheel in HyperSpin. How?

I'm fairly new to HyperSpin and RocketLauncher and slowly but surely getting the hang of it.  But how do I create a subwheel in HyperSpin 1.3.3?  For example, I have TurboGrafx-16 as the main wheel containing only roms, and I want a subwheel of that called TurboGrafx-16-CDs containing only CD-ROM images.  Is this possible?

Or have your wheel launch a second copy of Hyperspin that has the wheels you want in it. I had a long explanation here on the forums but it's all gone now. Maybe you can find it in Google's cache.
