In the movie, the young protagonist, Josh Baskin, is playing this game on his computer. The screen shown is static, and the dialogue is part of the script, not actual gameplay. The scene features the famous puzzle of how to melt the ice wizard. Due to nostalgia and fan interest, several people and developers have created playable versions of the game, inspired by the original film.
