  1. You should definitely add led buttons to your setup. I disassembled an XBOX 360 wired controller and soldered the buttons directly to the board. (not shown in the pictures, it was a future date) Then i plugged it into my computer and I was good to go. Heres a preview of the setup.
  2. The actual frame of the bartop was purchased as a flatpack. I had to measure and estimate more or less where everything went. All of the internal parts i purchased where just things i wanted to incorporate. Of course i did my research beforehand but honestly I can say i got lucky that everything fit. I have never done anything like this before, even with electronics and wiring. I guess I'm just persistent and like to challenge myself.
  3. Yes, they stay lit up for every game. Each game in MAME may have its own layout but the other gaming systems have a single layout. For example, SNES only has one LED layout.
  4. Yes, I am using the howler Controller. I originally purchased a package deal from Paradise Arcade Shop called the "Alpha vs Beta 2 Player Deluxe" which included 2 RGB joysticks and 26 Convex Pearl Buttons with RGB Led's and the Howler. I do not believe they sell this complete package with the Howler but they do still carry the 2 player package minus the Howler. http://www.paradisearcadeshop.com/paradise-arcade-exclusive-products/1259-howler-two-player-bundle.html
  5. I will take some photos soon, but let me just say...the wiring is anything but fancy.
  6. This is my final result for my arcade cabinet i built. Let me know what you think. Thank you.
  7. I've been trying to get this working for weeks now. I've done the SoundMix suggestion by Arzoo and still no luck. It works correctly in LEDBlinky Config under the Test mode but not in HyperSpin. I have it setup during Gameplay and only for the Jukebox. I have tried it for MAME and other emulators but still no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
  8. Almost done, just need to figure out this LEDBLinky stuff and ill be done.
  9. My current progress. Looking good so far. Just waiting on the buttons since the ones on here are not permanent.
  10. Awesome Brother, you're the best. I noticed that any video you place for the intro automatically stretches but still distorts slightly. This will work better. Thank you.
  11. Great Intro Video. It's my favorite. Is there any way you can make a 1280x1020 video for me? I tried to convert it my self but cannot without loosing quality.
  12. No problem. I can email you the pdf file. Send me your email.
  13. Haha, true. I say Detroit but its actually Pontiac. I will be moving to NY soon.
