Have the ability to have vertical themes for vertically oriented monitors

Many games are designed for vertically oriented screens. There is a need to vertically oriented themes, jeepguy81 and myself have spent years creating vertical themes with cocktail cabs and vertical monitors in mind. There is a need for easier implementation.
