  4. Where Did You Buy Your Buttons?

    +1 GroovyGameGear. Electric ICE 2 leaf-switch buttons with Helio9 RGB...couldn't be happier.
  5. My first (sit down) cabinet....proud....

    Looks great....nice job!
  6. Downloading Themes!

Where would this community be if Matted and the rest of the artists took your advice? You wouldn't have anything to download...I guess problem solved No offense, but you sound as if you feel that your time is more valuable than that of the artists that bust their collective asses to produce outstanding work. They do it for the love of the hobby and to contribute to the community...they get no part of the membership money. How have you contributed to the community? If you don't have the artistic talent or the time, donating is the way many people contribute and show their appreciation for the awesome product that HS and Emumovies provide. I'm sorry for the rant but am just getting sick of reading these threads every couple of days from people complaining that they want more from an awesome, free product or that they're entitled to artists and developers giving up their entire personal lives so they they can have a new version just because they did donate. It's mind-blowing to me. Hopefully I'm misreading your post and that's not at all how you feel.... Sorry...just saw this: If that's the case, that means you only have to "wait" three days to complete your project...that's too long?
  7. Help with joystick mounting - First build

I've seen people go with a through bolt that is counter-sunk then the counter-sink is filled with Bondo. Seems like that would be more secure than some sort of bottom mounted t-nut unless the t-nut is epoxied or something.
  8. Its Dead Jim.

I think Skribe started them back in 2013...others have picked up where he left off with some fairly recent additions so you should get a good jump on rebuilding with them.
  9. Its Dead Jim.

Sorry to hear man... +1 PD sets by Skribe & co. are much better than the old UG ones...As Trnzaddict said, blessing in disguise.

  12. A quick explanation from baddie

Hang in there Baddie... I had a similar situation way back in the 90's. I ended up meeting the real woman that I was supposed to be with and 20 years later, we're still going strong. Everything happens for a reason...

  14. Atari 7800 emulator question

For those interested, here's the link from AtariAge detailing the changes implemented in MESS 0.153: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/224055-mess-0153the-next-generation-of-atari-7800-emulation/ Like I said previously...pretty extensive. Hope it helps.
  15. Atari 7800 emulator question

I'll have to check out DK Jr. in MESS...I know that a ton of work went into fixing any outstanding issues with 7800 emulation in MESS for release 0.153 and now is the preferred emulator according to the guys over at AtariAge.
