Moving through the missing letter "B" themes

This theme made me wish I could use more than 4 (Artwork) Layers. I tried to create an interesting flashlight effect but was really feeling the limitations of HyperTheme.

using swf files let's you do more things but I haven't got a clue how to use or even create swf files. Thanks

I haven't taken the time to learn how. Right now I'm content to work with basic HyperTheme techniques.

I think I can make competent themes that people will still appreciate.

I've always been more focused on all the other aspects that go into full system setups.

I will continue to make at least one missing mame (game) theme a day but I'm not at the level of the more talented artists here.
