VM Labs NUON Complete Setup (Themes, Database, Wheels, Video, Bezel, Fades, Module) 1.0.0

Emulation is still rough and most of the selection are homebrew titles but NUON is now playable enough to justify!

This is a combined effort with @brudibru (Media/Module/Bezel/Fade).  Without his help, showing me current NUANCE compatibility and the homebrew games, I wouldn't have considered the system.

The existing module did not work well with homebrew games, so we are using a modified version of PC Launcher.

Freefall 3050 A.D. and Iron Solider 3 are still not playable.
