romgetter Posted June 20, 2015 Posted June 20, 2015 Hoping someone can help me out. I set up Hyperspin with 4 systems, MAME, NES, SNES and Genesis. All of the emulators run well accept for Nestopia. When I choose a NES and a game to start with Nestopia, it starts up but withing seconds the program exists. Any one else experience this? Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?
romgetter Posted June 20, 2015 Author Posted June 20, 2015 I should mention that Nestopia runs fine when not being launched from Hyperspin.
Styphelus Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 I would switch to Retroarch for all your systems except Mame. You can set Retroarch to use the Nestopia core. Most of us are using Retroarch these days so finding help for these individual emulators might be hard, unless you find a member with and old setup that is still using them.
griffin518 Posted June 25, 2015 Posted June 25, 2015 I've since converted to retroarch, but I used to run nestopia stand-alone. I never had this issue... maybe you should start nestopia from scratch?
