Kenny Powers Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 I wanted to see if anyone has had any problems launching future pinball in hyperspin using rocketlauncher. I'm getting a module error when trying to open it in hyperspin. I have the newest version of the pinball installed. Only thing that i can see that might be a problem is that the module says its for version v1.9.1.20101231. The install file of future pinball matches the version number but when i install the details of the installed program says it file version 1.9.2008. I have tryed everything to get this working but i have hit a wall.
Roto Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 try your command line and make sure your extension says .fpt and check your paths.
Kenny Powers Posted June 24, 2015 Author Posted June 24, 2015 As far as I know all the paths are correct. How do I check the command line.
Silverback Posted June 24, 2015 Posted June 24, 2015 Are you using the latest Hyperspin and RocketLauncher? Are all your modules up to date via GIT?
bleasby Posted June 24, 2015 Posted June 24, 2015 This error comes up because you are missing essencial files on your install. Also, only use RocketLauncher modules with RocketLauncher. They are of no use with the built-in hyperlaunch that comes with hyperspin. In order to install correctly RocketLauncher please follow these instructions: http://www.rlauncher.com/wiki/index.php?title=HyperSpin
Kenny Powers Posted June 25, 2015 Author Posted June 25, 2015 I tried doing another fresh install of hyperspin and rocketlauncher. I am not getting the error now. I think the problem was that I put hyperspin and Rocketlauncher in the same folder. Thanks for your post bleasby. I didn't get a chance to mess with any settings yet but when hyperspin launches future pinball it's not automatically loading the table, just opening the emulator. I'm sure it's a simple setting. Thank you to everyone who offered advice to help me with my build.
