krazyscotsman
I'm wondering if it's possible to have nested wheels in hyperspin. What I mean by this is can I have 2 wheels (Arcade and Consoles). Inside the Arcade Wheel list all my emulated arcade systems such as MAME, Naomi, Sega Model 2, Sega Model 3, etc; then have a console wheel with all the consoles. Ultimately when Hyperspin starts instead of having 80 themes for arcades and consoles, it would list 2 (arcade and consoles). Once the user selects either console or arcade, hyperspin goes to the system themes. Any idea if this is possible? I haven't seen anyone mention this before. I would like to do it if possible. Thanks.

krazyscotsman
I'll take a look. Thanks everyone for your thoughts. I didn't think it was possible at this time. I just thought it would clean up some of the chaos of having around 80 system themes. But hey it's pretty impressive.
Agrajag
Funnily enough I just posted about this a few days ago in the Hyper Arcade thread. Yes it's entirely possible to set up subwheels using multiple installs of HyperSpin. Everything you need to know is here: http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/index.php?/topic/3295-Faking-Subwheels-of-Subwheels-with-Multiple-Installs-of-Hyperspin

Agrajag
Yes that is what I mentioned agrajag but it is just a sloppy solution.True, but it's all we've got for now. It was fiddly to set up but it does the job nicely for me until something better comes along.
krazyscotsman
Thanks everyone for the input. I think I'm going to leave it as is.. Hopefully that feature will make it in some day. I just thought it would clean it up tremendously. But it still looks really impressive to cycle through all the options. Thanks again.
