How do I select genres on mame and also add clones

As title says fellow hyperspiners

The default key to show Genre is "G" unless you have changed it of course.

 

If you want to show all clones then uncheck "Parents Only" in HyperHQ. If you want to just show 1 then I'm not entirely sure, I think you have to mess with the xml?

Your meant to the parent name between the Cloneof but it still doesn't show on mine.

Got the clones to work but when I press g says the genre xml is missing? How do I add a genre xml

Download it and add them to the Mame DB folder. They are normally included with the HyperSpin download.
