Best Emu for Famicom Disk System

What is the recommended emulator for the Famicom Disk System?

 

I have it running on Retroach with the nestopia core, however some games have graphic glitches white other will say "Please set Side 3". What does that mean?

 

I'm not familiar with this system at all.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
